Emily offers private yoga classes in a one on one format, or in a small group format. These classes will focus on the method of Yoga Monks in combination with hatha and modern vinyasa sequences, pranayama, and meditation. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each client or group of clients and thus may be therapeutic or energetic, beginner or advanced, or focus on a specific goal or challenge. Clients will leave private classes with a home practice assignment that is meant to be done daily or as often as possible. To progress in the method of Yoga Monks, private classes are best scheduled every 3-5 weeks. Please contact Emily for more details and to find out if a private class is right for you.
